Story 1: Dedication
Before We Teach, We Learn.
Think Academy's founding team included two educators from the Stanford Graduate School of Education, along with graduates from Yale, Columbia, and the University of Pennsylvania. Before they ever started a class, they spent each day working through every AMC 8 exam from 1998 to 2018—not just to solve the problems, but to explore better ways to teach them.
Because at Think Academy, great teaching begins with teachers who never stop learning.

Some of Our Teachers Started as Our Students.
More than 10 Think Academy teachers first joined us as students. Years later, they've returned to inspire the next generation with the same confidence, curiosity, and love of learning that shaped their own journeys.

Our Office Has a Few Unexpected Coworkers.
Walk into Think Academy and you might be greeted by a cat curled up beside a laptop or a dog patiently waiting outside a meeting room. They're not employees—they're beloved members of our teachers' families, reminding us to bring warmth, kindness, and joy into every day.
There's a lot of love here—for animals, for learning, for teaching, and most of all, for every student we have the privilege to teach.
